GFH Module 2 – Christine – Exercise for depression and anxiety release – Class 2 – Draft 1

The game I came up with is more of a healthy coping mechanism for those dealing with depression and anxiety. As someone who tends to get down on occasion I find the best remedy is some social interaction and moving my body. Both send off positive vibes to my body and always make me feel better. Below is a rough draft of what I would want my game to be.
